NEED BLE APP FOR ANDROID AND IOS

WE WILL NEED THE APP TO HAVE A FREE VERSION WITH MINIMUM FUNCTIONALITY AND WE WILL NEED A PAID VERSION WITH FULL FUNCTIONALITY. We want the freelancer to complete the free version of our app first showing that they can get the mobile ble device to send data to my apparatus ble device and also for the mobile ble app to receive data from my apparatus ble device. The free version of our app will have a few pages that are identical and consist of 6 - 8 buttons and a couple of text columns to receive some data from my apparatus ble device to read to a user. once we get the free version working, we can get started on the full version. I have most of the full version android and ios app completed but it has issues connecting to my apparatus ble device. Also the apps have an api to update app data also.....Please contact me if any one is interested, i have hired many freelancers and some was great and some was bad. Please only serious inquires only. To many people have wasted my time...
