Music Score Magnification iPad / Android Tablet App

Hi! I am looking for an app that will take classical music notation in the form of PDF files/Music XML magnify them and allow a musician to scroll (horizontal scroll) using either a fixed scroll timer or using a Bluetooth keyboard (footpedal).

Want it for iPad OS and Android.
