Multiple times buyable in-app purchases

I have got the source code of a native Android app which has subscription packages.
I need a developer who can change these packages to ''in app purchases'' and arrange these in app purchases buyable more then one time. Currently one user can not buy 1 package for more then one time.
Developer should publish the app to Google Play Store.
