Multiple Choice Quiz App

Very simple basic quiz app with no login/account. Should work for iOS/Android if possible. User completes question sets. After each question, the right answer is revealed. Total around 500 questions.
I as owner should be able to add/edit questions over time.
Optional features but not required - allow users to choose from complete vs incomplete questions. Allow users to mark/flag questions. Timed questions.
