Multiple App - Reskin & Troubleshooting

READ DESCRIPTION BELOW FULLY BEFORE BIDDING.

I am looking for an expert app programmer / developer for Android & iOS. I have multiple apps available ready to be reskinned(to my branding) and tested/fixed(if need be) to make sure its working properly. Using Android Studio is a plus since I myself use it.

I am looking for a long term business relationship, a go-to freelancer that I can have work on my apps now and future project.

I am willing to offer a fixed rate for each app that we work on. For example, I will pay $40 for each app that you reskin and troubleshoot. Each app will be created as a milestone so once the app is finished and ready to move on, we will release the milestone and create another one for the next app. And so on....

Summary:
I need you....

1. Knowledgeable in both Android and iOS App Development
2. ReSkin Apps
3. Test/Troubleshoot (once the app has been reskinned, I need you to test and troubleshoot to make sure its fully functional)
4. Compile / Build finished app finished product ready to be published)

*You do not have to publish the app. I will do so myself once everything is done.

**THERE WILL BE NO SHAREING OF APP FILES BEFORE BEING AWARDED SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. IF YOU NEED A REFERENCE TO THE APP, I WILL PROVIDE THE WEB ADDRESS TO THE APP THAT I PURCHASED. MOST LIKELY FROM CODECANYON OR CODESTER
