Multilingual Voice Assistant for BYD DLink Cars

I'm looking for an experienced Android programmer with a background in speech recognition applications and BYD's DLink car systems. I need a voice assistant developed that can operate in English and Arabic. I have an existing English version of the program, and your task will primarily be replicating this for Arabic, with the following key requirements:

1. Bilingual Support: The assistant must support both Arabic and English, with the language preference being set manually in the application settings.
2. Command Execution: The assistant should be able to execute all commands supported by the car. I have a comprehensive list of these commands.
3. Wake Word Functionality: The system should be able to recognize voice commands from start-up, activated by a designated wake word such as "Hi BYD".
