Multi-vendor Ecommerce App on iOS and Android

I'm looking to develop a mobile application in addition to website that will serve as an e-commerce platform. The main purpose of the app will be to facilitate online sales while also providing a space for multiple vendors to list and sell their products online and instore in one app.
Key Features:
- The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android devices to cater to a wide audience.
- apps need to support English, and Arabic at front end.
- the APP should be connected to POS used at multiple vendor stores.
- the App can be used for self-service and checkout using customer mobile. that mean customer can use his phone to scan the product at store to know the price and available variants like sizes and color and can add it to the basket.
- APP sport the Affiliate marketing it mean we can give them the bounce as percentage depending on the order price or order number. and this payment should be canceled and updated according to order changes returns, addition, canceled.
- ability to search product using image & camera.
- search filleter should contain quantity variant availability filter. for example, I search on shoes and make filter as 26 sizes, then only product which has available quantity with 26 sizes should appear, if another product has value 26 but zero quantity then it should not appear.
- exchange of product should include and update the new invoice according to the new product.
- mobile notification should be included as an option (order placed, ordered piked and shipped, order canceled because " ") .
-checkout will have two options pay when received, debit card. and you can manage and activate the option from backend, moreover, deferent options of delivery cost can be added.
- app should have the ability to generate and print barcode stickers.
- data entry should be flexible and easy. and inventory can be added and updated using barcode scanner for example we have product have error in quantity we make all variant zero than start scan all Pices to get the correct quantities and variant for the product.
- app should have easy and effective invoice which can show product picture & price and provided with barcode for the order (link so delivery man can see the product picture carefully) and the invoice number can use for order number to restock.
- customer data and their orders need to be archived.
- app can generate venture or gift as an option.
- order stages, fulfill, unfulfilled, suspended . tracking number can be added using the phone camera. as shopify work.
- It will need to have a user-friendly interface for both vendors and customers.
