Multi-platform Mobile Cart App

I'm in need of a mobile application developer with a track record of creating high-performance applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
This application would essentially be a mobile cart application and it must have the following functionalities:
- The ability for users to add/remove items from cart easily.
- A feature for real-time inventory checking which will enable users to have up-to-the-minute information about the items in their cart.
- Capability to save and load previous orders so users can easily repeat orders.
Timeliness is key in this project as I require the application to be ready ASAP. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have proven experience in delivering quality applications with tight turnaround times.
Please note that excellent communication skills are paramount as clarity and punctuality are components we admire in a freelancer. Experience in developing e-commerce mobile applications will be a substantial benefit.
