Multi-Vendor Marketplace delivery APP -- 2

Hello,

I am looking for Multi-vendor marketplace delivery APP, the main idea is to be able to create stores, and once the store receives the request, they will handle both the physical good and the delivery part.

The APP to b consist of :

1- Mobile APP for customers
2- Mobile APP for store owner
3- Web-admin dashboard, to control stores and configure products and generate reports
4- Mobile APP for delivery company
5- Mobile APP for each delivery boy

the Main features that I am looking for :

- Platform to support Geo-Fencing, to be set separately for each store
- Platform to support Arabic Language

I want to use one of the following platforms, to be customized to do the required features:
