Multi-Platform GPS Routing App

I'm looking for a skilled app developer to create a GPS routing application for both iOS and Android. The app should have the following features:

- Route display with bridge identification: The app should show the route and indicate the bridge number/name as the user approaches.
- Avoiding bridges: The app needs to be capable of rerouting to avoid bridges when necessary.

In addition to these core features, the app should also include:
- Voice navigation: Clear, audible directions are a must.
- Offline mode: The app should be able to function without an internet connection, making it useful in remote areas.
- Real-time traffic updates: The app should be able to provide updates on current traffic conditions.
- Ability to be updated quick and easy
- Have in app purchases to upgrade to to save the excluded bridges for an asset

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
