Multi-Device IPTV App Development

I need an experienced app developer to create an IPTV live streaming app similar to Smarters Player Lite. The app should support multiple platforms, including:

- Smart TVs: Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Xiaomi, Hisense
- Android Boxes
- Android Smartphones
- iPhones and iPads
- Apple TV
- Google Chromecast
- Amazon Fire TV

Requirements:
- The app should only display IPTV live content, without any series or movies sections.
- Upon launching, the app must send a request to my server at http://170.X.X.X/ws/a
- The server will return a URL and port for the Xtream UI server, along with the necessary user and password for authentication. This information must be hidden from the end user.
- The app's view should be similar to Smarters Player, ensuring a user-friendly interface.

Additional requirements:
- I need the source code upon completion, as I may need to modify the app in the future.
