Moodle Mobile environment build and customisation

I need to compile mobile app (https://github.com/moodlehq/moodleapp) with few customisation. Is there anyone who will help me to set up environment, customise and compile ios and Android?

I have ubuntu/Windows system that can be used to for this process.

Only those are serious and experienced with moodle/ionic are requested to respond with clear specific details.
