Moodle Mobile App Development

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a mobile app that will serve as an extension of our Moodle site. This app will need to be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
Key Functionalities:
- User Authentication: The app should have secure login and user authentication mechanisms to ensure only authorized users can access the platform.
- Course Access and Management: Users should be able to easily access and manage their courses through the app. This includes viewing course materials, submitting assignments, and participating in discussions.
- Notifications for Updates: The app should be able to send push notifications to users for important updates, such as new course material being available or upcoming deadlines.
Design and Branding:
- I'd like the app to have a professional and corporate look and feel. It should reflect our organization's identity and brand, so attention to detail in this area is crucial.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in developing mobile apps for e-learning platforms, particularly Moodle, will be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both iOS and Android development is a must.
