Monthly subscription model VPN service

We want a developer to create a monthly platform for monthly subscription model VPN service that can be published to both iOS and Android.
The developer shall have experience in using Capacitor Package, React (Next.js), MongoDB, Tailscale (to build paywalled wiregaurd client), DAisyUI and Tailwind CSS.
We can design in the browser with web components.
Check attached document with detailed requirements on no. of screens.
You should be ready to sign an NDA.
