Money Loan App

Users signup and apply for a loan, the main objectives once the user qualifies for a loan, they are given and they have to pay back within a period of time, if they default on a loan, admin should be able to lock there device, if they decide to format or uninstall the app, there should be a feature to prevent that. once the loan is repaid, they app is removed from the users device.
