Modify QGroundControl interface

I’m looking for someone to modify the QGroundControl (https://github.com/mavlink/qgroundcontrol) interface for me. Specifically, I need to change the layout/design, as I don’t have a specific design in mind, and I’m open to suggestions.

The workflow will be the following:
- Have a meeting to decide how the layout will look like
- Developer forks the repo and apply the changes
- Code is reviewed and tested
- Developer makes the necessary modifications to the code until the code fits the requirements
- Developer hands over the code, the installers for Windows and Linux and the apk file for android

In addition to the custom layout I am looking for the following functionality:
- Login -> When the application starts, the login form should ampere. After the user enters his credentials they should be validated against an http API (this will be provided)
- Firmware check -> when the user connects to a drone if its firmware is not found in a hardcoded list, QGroundControl should automatically disconnect from the drone
