Modify App

Looking for a skilled developer to modify my app for both iOS and Android platforms. The specific modifications are user interface changes (See pics). The app must work on iOs and Android devices, iPhones, iPads etc. Users need to be able to be download the App from Apple store and Google play store.
The app is almost ready. It's the last few tweeks.
