Modify an Android app (flutter)

I bought an open file source (laravel/flutter) and I need a programmer to edit it.
Required tasks:
- Setup Admin and Store panel on hosting.
- Configure User app, Store app, and deliveryman app with your admin panel.
- Customize App name, logo, Colors, Package Name, Splash Screen, etc
- Setup SMTP Mail configuration
- Setup OTP configuration
- Configure Push notification
- Third party Api setup (All google map API setup included)
