Modify Android APK

We are a small brake testing company wanting to modify our in-house testing application to comply to new legislative requirements. Our results report gives four options for sharing ie. 1. "Print to Bluetooth printer" 2. "Upload to Net-Brake website" 3. "Send to email address" 4. "Save to this device".
We want to change the second option "Upload to Net-Brake website" to do exactly as the first option "Print to Bluetooth printer", but with the string displaying "Print sticker label". We only have the previously modified APK as the original developer from more than a decade ago is deceased, and the recent in-house developer who modified our updates quit without notice and not reachable. No source code is available, only the latest APK. A picture is attached of the sharing options to be modified. The APK is also attached to view.
