Mobile dictionary / indexing application for android devices

Hey, dear IT folks and developers!

Can anyone help me out and build me an application that does the following:

1. Has a login/sign-up screen
2. Acts as a mobile notepad by allowing the user to add, store and organise random words by date and in alphabetical order
3. Notifies the user if he is trying to add a word that is already in the database
4. Can get it done hopefully within a week
