Mobile chat App

I am looking for a mobile chat app to be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The app should have key features such as text, voice, image, contact, file, and calendar sharing. The design of the app should be based on a specific design that I have in mind. Google maps integration, the chatters will be shown on the map, recieving chat request will assigned by chatter, (public, friends only), twitter API integration of tweets heatmap to show on maps red spots when clicked shows the tweets, ability to send messages to airdrop or Nearby Share (from the application itself, for example from iphone app to android mobile not having the app, (user having the chat app is able to send to other users having the sqme mobile app and people not having the mobile app, on both platforms) also the ability to send to the other wifi devices on the same wifi, also the possilbility to send Bluetooth messages

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing mobile chat apps for both iOS and Android platforms
- Strong knowledge of chat app features such as text, voice, image, contact, file, and calendar sharing
- Proficiency in UI/UX design to implement the specific design preference of the client
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs for file and calendar sharing functionality
