Our budget 1k max and we have 4 main features that is subject group, clubs (based on collected data from their phone), internships available from the university. All frameworks and designs will be provided as necessary. So you don't really have to start from scratch. NOTE, we don't really need to create an app to go official but enough to show how our app works.
