Mobile application for monitoring prices

I'm looking to develop a mobile application for both Android and iOS devices that will help monitor prices. The app should allow users to create a list of products to monitor, track product prices on a regular basis, and receive notifications when prices change. The app should also allow users to compare prices from different retailers, view prices according to their location and currency, and scan QR or bar codes to get product information and prices. My goal is to create an application that is accessible to users with a high level of functionality and usability.
