Mobile application to Run USSD Commands

Hello,

I need a Mobile application (Android and iOS) to automate some mobile services such as recharge between mobile networks.

Automation will be done through USSD commands on the customer mobile phone and transaction processing:

Here is an example of mobile recharge workflow using the application to develop:

To recharge a mobile account using another mobile money account balance, customer will:

• Customer fill required inquired information (Destination Mobile operator, recipient number, amount…)
• Application get fees (from MySQL stored procedures on Server) applicable for the transaction and list them to customer
• Customer Pay the amount and fees ( only mobile payment through USSD command will be implemented)
• Application register the transaction on MySQL DB on Server
• A provisioning background process (FROM CLIENT) running on DB Server will process the transaction and update the record in result field
• Application will monitor the result field when updated with process result,
• Notify customer on mobile with the process result


Android and iOS Application main features to implement:

Front End only

1) User registration full process
2) USSD execution and transaction processing
3) Transaction monitoring and result notification
