Mobile application

I am the owner of a martial arts school in Corfu Greece.I would like to have an application used by our members (mostly parents of you young athletes)where each one of them whenever rides his/her child to our school or returning will be putting a pin on a map with the route he follows,the number of seats available in his car and time that will be passing from each place(so as to let the other parents know about it and enable them to make requests if they wish to have their kid dropped by the other parent to school.) also i would like them to be able to see the profile of the parent .I want it tk be simple to use because not all parents are familiar with technology.We have around 100 kids young athletes.Hope i made my request clear enough.
