Mobile app listing on appstore

I'm looking for someone to help me list my mobile app on the App Store and Google Play. Built for both iOS and Android, I have all the necessary materials (app description, screenshots, etc.) to list my app. However, I'm not sure whether I would benefit from optimization of the app listing (keywords, app description, etc.), so I would really appreciate advice and assistance should that be needed.
