Mobile app for wallpaper and paint company

Looking out to design and develop a mobile app for a wallpaper/ paint company.
This AP would need to be AR based, where user would select a wallpaper or paint.
Point mobile to his room, the room walls & ceilings needs to shown with the wallpaper/ paint selected.
Items in the room other than walls & ceilings does not be super imposed with the selected wallpaper/ paint.
User would need to download and share the view. Needs to be for iOS and Android.
