Mobile app for small cafe

I'm looking for a developer to create a Personal mobile app for a small cafe. The app should be available on Android platform at first. IOS can be added later on.
I need some basic order functionality. Need some Admin functions like addition of Menu categories, food items and price. App should show active orders as per tables in grid view with an option to add orders as per requirements. No need to have Payment gateway. Minimal design is preferred. KOT printing option via Bluetooth or wired connection is preferred.
