Mobile app for product registration

I am looking for a talented freelancer to develop a mobile app for product registration that will be compatible with both iOS and Android devices. This app should have a specific design in mind and should be dedicated solely to product registration with little to no user registration. With this app, users should be able to easily and accurately register products with ease and efficiency. The product registration will be done by retailer by logging to retailer app or by customer directly using the qr code provided in the box. The product serial number will also be scanned by retailer or customer as per the case to avoid wrong code
The app for retailer will have some data which is filled directly from company data e.g product category <pressure cooker, mixer,rice cooker, induction cook top> Etc
In the customer QR code the data will have all product details along with serial number. The app should auto fill the relevant fields
