Mobile app for offer books as mediator

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create an app that serves as a mediator for offering books. The app will be available on both iOS and Android platforms.
Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Proficiency in app development for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience in integrating payment gateway functionalities
- Strong understanding of user registration processes
The main feature of the app will be a payment gateway that allows users to make secure payments for the books they wish to offer.
The simple idea: I want to be a book mediator between the seller and the buyer. The book stores will upload their books and the buyer will write the book title and it will appear with different editions and different book store, or different translation. each one has his price and book condition: new or used ..ect
I want to gather all local book stores in the app.
I have many things to talk about but this is the main idea.
