Mobile app for maps and navigation

I need help creating a mobile app for maps and navigation that runs on both iOS and Android platforms. Additionally, I’d like to track user locations and navigation through the app, so it is imperative for GPS tracking to be an integral component. I do not need to integrate with any outside APIs or services at this time.
