Mobile app for hook-ups

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create a hook-up app for both iOS and Android platforms. Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want the app to look like. The key feature that I want to have in the app is user profiles. In addition, I would like the app to include a messaging system and geolocation capabilities.
