Mobile app for construction company

I am looking for a talented mobile app developer to help me bring my project to life! I am hoping to have the app built for both iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on Project Management. This functionalities must be included, however I do have specific design and layout ideas that I am looking to implement for the app. If you have experience in the field and have the skills to make this app a reality, please reach out!

Key requirements:
- To be built on a RAD open source platform such as Tooljet or Appsmith.
- Needs to talk back and fourth to our MS SQL Server

Further info:
- Main function is to mark off works complete
- Internal tool for our company only.
- Ability to take photos and store with a specific reference for the image
- Ability to access documents for that project within the app would be ideal
