Mobile app for car driver

I'm looking for a talented developer to create a mobile app for car drivers. The app will need to be able to run on both iOS and Android platforms and its main feature will be GPS Tracking. I'm particularly interested in having it designed with a modern and minimalistic aesthetic, one that's easy to navigate and intuitive to use.
