I want an auction mobile app were sellers will post auction ads and buyers will place bids.
In order for buyer to place bid he/ she must sign in and have available balance in wallet, wallet must be top up using manual or automatic method. Admin must determine how much biding fee is (0.10 - 500). However, buyer is free to put his or her biding price
Sellers must pay subscription for posting ads, only one free post per seller.
