Mobile app for IOS and Android

I need an app developed that would regularly poll specific services on local network (MDNS), list what it found and have each item present a label, a toggle button/switch that would call an URL, and a configuration button that would open a browser to a specific URL.

Please contact me ONLY if you know how to implement MDNS on both Android and IOS.

the app should find devices on the local network using MDNS. A but like dlink app finds local cameras.
