Develop a mobile app for Android / IOS with backend APIs

The requirements are to develop mobile apps where user can pay for participation and search for the nearest venue and locate the forum using google maps directions and show payment confirmation at the location for venue entry etc.

1. Listing of participating venues
2. Payments
3. Geo-location from location to the nearest participating venue once paid
4. Link to google maps directions when selected
5. Potential QR code receipt or some form of payment confirmation to show at the location
5. User registration/subscription and management
6. Login/password reset

Data aggregate feed of scores from all locations (pending phase 2)

Graphic design will be provided

Deliverable:

1. Source code of mobile apps (IOS/Android)
2. Backend Portal Source for API
3. Publish apps to Android and IOS stores
