We want to develop an Android and iOS application for OTT content like Netflix. This app will only focus on Haryanvi OTT Content and Haryanvi Creators. We want a system where Haryanvi creators can sign-up and upload their content on our platform. At the same time, users can sign-up to consume the content. We want a system by which we can manage both the creators and the users. We want to keep some content free while watching some exclusive content, users have to take our membership plans. This will be our revenue model.

Think of this like an Amazon Prime, MX Player Movies App, Netflix App, etc, we want the same thing but our niche will be only Haryanvi content. Please analyze these apps and do let me know what all features will be there, how you will design it, how much will be the budget, and how much time it can take. We do not want a website as Netflix has. Netflix shows the same content on websites as well as an app but we want only applications because Haryanvi people do not watch much content on Laptops/desktops. Thus only a mobile application for both iOS and Android is required.
