User login after authentication.
After verifying by entering personal details (Name & DOB), get access to a specific PDF file, which user can view and download. (Files stored in Gdrive)
If user have any problem regarding the pdf, they can raise a dispute.
Admin will then assign the disputes to specific junior admin.
The junior admins will be then able to update the status of the disputes that'll reflect in both user and admin panel.
