Mobile app development

I need a android and ios app created for a data dictionary. I will supply the data dictionary which is in electronic form. I need it put onto a app. The app should contain search features to be able to search by table OR object name. Each table will contain 5 columns of data. Each table will contain a lot of data objects and there are hundreds of tables. I am supplying all the data needed electronically and so you can copy and paste as you build the app. To build the app for android first and then once perfect, replicate it for ios. Will need help to launch in the app/play stores. Thanks.
