I want to have a school bus app made by a freelancer.
the app is intended to track and register students and drivers.
the app must have the following users.
-Administrator
-Driver
-Parents
what should the driver be able to do?
1. register
2. Scan students in and out using a QR code
3. be able to record comments for each student per day if necessary
4. being able to see each student's monthly report of where they got in/out and at what time.
5. Be able to create a QR code for every name.
Drivers must be able to clock in and clock out while driving.
what should parents be able to do?
1. Real time tracking of bus location on google map
2. only see data about his children.
3. see what time his/her child gets on/off and at what location
4. being given the bus in which his or her child is sitting.
5. being able to see his child's monthly report of where they got in/out and at what time.
6. which bus is suspended, why and the bus details
what should the administrator be able to do?
- blacklist/suspend driver
- see driver speed
-view route record
- Real time tracking of bus location on google map
- all drivers send messages push notification
- all parents send messages push notification
-accept/approve new driver
-accept and approve new students
- assign students to a bus
- can print out the travel history of each student for an entire year / month
- Generate QR code for each student / driver
- number of kilometers the driver drives per day to and from the location.
budget is indicated if you work for money I may not be able to pay you, but if you indicate in my budget for review and a small compensation then we can continue together
it's a simple app if you're really an expert I'm not going to spend much because I want to make it a gift for a social work school
After completion, I also want the source code. If I see something wrong after a few months, I should be able to edit it
