Mobile app

I'm looking to develop a mobile app that can be used on both iOS and Android platforms. I have no preference about which programming language is used for this development, but I am looking for a business app. For instance, something that can be used to help manage a business, including marketing, customer support, budgeting, etc. The app should also be equipped with features such as user friendly navigation, secure storage of user data, and more. It should also be able to adapt to both phones and tablets.
