Mobile app

Mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms for my service management app. I have an engineering service industry that cater my clients on call basis. I need an app that can take care of as follow,
1. Client will log their complaint via mobile app
2. We will receive the service request
3. We will broadcast the service request to all our registered engineer.
4. Any one of our engineer will take the call.
5. After the satisfactory job our engineer will post a bill that comes to us as well as to client
6. Client will pay the amount by UPI against the raised bill
7. Amount will come to our account


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise app development
- Ability to implement specific features and functionalities as requested by the client
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide suggestions for improvements
- Experience in user interface design and creating a seamless user experience
- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures in enterprise apps
