Mobile app

I need a simple app for the freelance community. My wish is to unite young people from my country and give them the opportunity to find jobs more easily. My friend could make this app but I want to make new friends to show others that there are no limits when there is a goal. if possible, I would like you and I to be on an audio or video call during the development of the site in order to achieve better communication and friendship, because I will need new services again very soon and I won't have to look for who will perform them.
