Mobile Time Tracking App with Scheduling & Geofencing

I'm looking for a developer who can create a mobile time tracking application that will allow my employees to clock in and out using their smartphones. The app should be available on both Android and iOS platforms.
Key Features:
- **Time and Attendance Tracking**: This feature is my top priority for the initial release. The app should have a mechanism to accurately record the hours worked by each employee.
- **GPS Tracking**: The app should integrate GPS tracking to ensure that employees are where they should be when they clock in or out.
- **Job and Task Tracking**: A facility to track the jobs or tasks employees are working on would be beneficial.
- **Scheduling**: The app should support basic scheduling features.
- **Geofencing**: Incorporating geofencing to restrict clock in/out locations would be an added advantage.
- **Manager Roles and Approvals**: I want to have managerial roles and approval capabilities built into the app to manage the employees effectively.
