I’m looking for a technically minded freelancer who can diagnose and resolve software issues on mobile devices. The main focus is software troubleshooting, so expect tasks such as:

• Identifying the root cause of app crashes, freezes, or abnormal battery drain
• Walking me through OS-level settings, updates, or rollbacks when needed
• Recommending and installing reliable utilities or patches to restore smooth performance
• Explaining each step clearly so I can replicate the fix in the future

Devices in scope are phones and tablets only; no computers or network equipment are involved. Experience with both iOS and Android toolsets (ADB, Xcode, logcat, crash reports) will be an advantage, but I’m open to specialists who focus on one platform if you’re confident you can get to the bottom of the issue quickly.
