Mobile Phone/SIM Setup for Reachability Testing

I need someone in Pakistan to assist in setting up a mobile phone and SIM card for a reachability testing service.
Your task will involve purchasing a SIM card, putting it into a spare Android phone,
activating it, and installing our custom Android app which we will provide.
After this initial setup, you will take care that the phone is turned on, connected to
a charger, has a internet connection and that the SIM card is active for the duration of
one month.
Extending the initial one month period is possible through adding milestones to the project.
This is a simple project that requires minimal time commitment after
the initial setup.
