Mobile Farming Game Development

I am looking for a developer to help me bring my idea for a mobile farming game to life. This game should be developed for Android and the complexity level should be similar to Clash of Clans. I do not have any designs yet, so the developer will need to create this from scratch.
I am looking for a developer who can help me develop an mvp. If the mvp works well we will seek funding through crowd sourcing.
This will be a ground up development. Our team will design the artwork, but we have not done any wireframing / design.
