Project Title:
Mobile Digital Wallet Development (Flutter + Firebase + Polygon ERC-20)

Project Description:

I am looking for an experienced Flutter Web3 developer to create the first version (Phase 1) of the wallet, based on the open source Fuse Wallet project (https://github.com/fuseio/fuse-wallet), adapted for symbolic use in local commerce, without financial operations, fiat, or promises of appreciation.

Technical Scope – Phase 1 (Functional MVP):

Mobile App Flutter (Android and iOS)
- Login via Firebase (email, Google or mobile)
- Creation/restoration of wallet with seed phrase (BIP-39)
- Secure access via PIN + biometrics
- Display of balance in wallet (ERC-20 / Polygon)
- Send and receive via address or QR Code
- History with date, time, value and hash of the transaction
- Integration with real blockchain (Polygon RPC)

Cashback and Referrals
- Cashback in wallet token (configurable by merchant)
- Individual invitation code with token reward
- Push notifications: token received, cashback, referral approved

Merchant (basic)
- View of received transactions
- Volume of cashback distributed

Security
- No custodial tokens: 100% non-custodial
- Custodial alert (notice in the onboarding)

Features already existing in Fuse Wallet, but should be DISABLED in Phase 1:

(Leave commented or with logical flag for Phase 2)
- Swap (token exchange)
- Onramp with fiat (MoonPay or similar)
- Staking
- Multichain support (Ethereum, BSC)
- Price charts in fiat
- Marketplace / integration with dApps

Expected Design (basic wireframes):

Home Screen:
- Current balance in wallet
- Buttons: Send | Receive | Refer
- List of recent transactions

Bottom menu:
- Home | Pay | Cashback | Refer | Profile

Merchant Screen:
- QR Code with address
- List of received transactions
- Configurable cashback percentage (manually via Firestore)

- Token: ERC-20 already implemented (simulated as wallet)
- Blockchain: Polygon Network (Mumbai for testing)
- Additional documentation will be provided after selection

Requirements for the freelancer:

- Proven experience with Flutter + Firebase
- Solid knowledge in Web3 (ERC-20, Web3Dart or ethers.dart)
- Mobile security domain (PIN, biometrics, seed phrase)
- Preference for those who have worked with Web3 wallets
- Versioned deliveries in Git (preferred GitHub)

Expected deliverables:

- Clean and documented source code
- Functional build for Android (APK) and iOS (TestFlight, if possible)
- Basic deployment/testing tutorial
- Backup/restore manual
- Firebase configured (project will be provided)
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 weeks

Distinguishing features:

- Project with Phase 2 already planned (possibility of continuity)
- Solid technical base and open source defined
- Documentation and scope already legally validated (no legal risk)

Notes:

For regulatory reasons, the app MUST NOT contain any mention of:
- Value in R$ or dollars
- Conversion between tokens
- Purchase/sale of crypto

The entire project is for educational and symbolic use in local commerce.
