LOCATION AND DISTANCE, NOT ONLY DISTANCE WITH GOOGLE API

Description:
The aim of this application is to enable any delivery service provider (called provider here) to propose its services to seller or individuals in a flexible & simple way.
Provider Process:
1. Register to the platform with specific information to be shared
2. The admin will validate the provider registration request.
3. Upon validation, the provider may start using the solution.
4. The solution will be accessible upon subscription using mobile money.
5. The provider accepts as quickly as possible the seller or individual’s service request
6. The provider joins its client to pick the stuff to be delivered.
7. The client & provider validate once the app the package has left for its destination. At the same time, the package receiver will receive a delivery code by sms, the same is sent to client in App notification.
8. The provider gets to the package receiver and request the code to validate the delivery.
9. The package receiver releases the code and the provider does the same for the client packages.
10. The provider validates the package is delivered & share a review of the seller/client, he has collected the package from.
10. Soon, the seller or individual confirm same from the app and provide a review to provider performance.
11. The seller shall be able to cancel the delivery request even if it has been validated by the provider
12. The provider shall be able to cancel the ongoing delivery by highlighting the exact reason so that same gets shared to the client or seller.
Seller or Individual process:
1. Register to the platform with specific information to be shared
2. Once done, the customer shall be able to purchase a package in order to start requesting a delivery service.
3. Submit a service delivery request and wait for a provider to accept your offer.
4. Release the package to the provider and validate the package has left so that a code is share using SMS to its final customer.
5. Wait till the package is delivered to receive a notification from App and share a review on customer performance.

The selected team will have to show case its capability to develop a portion of the application before getting shortlisted. The idea is to generate the cost of the delivery on the basis of location and distance, not distance only. Here are the expectations.
The aim of this small portion are as below:
1. Select a ride: Departure to Destination using google MAP API
2. The riders close to selected destination shall be visible
3. Based on the selected location, a ride fee will be generated based on the distance and/or exact location.
3.1. The ride fee is not only calculated based on distance, it is also based on sub-locality (level_1 or level 2) or neighborhood.
3.2. An excel file depicting more details on billing will be given to generate the script
3.3. Application service fee (x %) of the ride will be generated too
